3. Ordering and Payment

When you submit an order form, you are making an offer to purchase Solis Everyday Complex. Payment is due upon delivery (cash or card to the courier). We will confirm your order by telephone before dispatch.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days across the UK. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. In case of delay, we will contact you. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return unopened products for a full refund. The product seal must be unbroken. Return postage is at your expense. Once verified, refunds are processed within 14 working days. See our full Return Policy.
